If you have a passion for guiding test projects, a solid grasp of both manual and automated testing, and are fluent in Swedish, this is your chance to shine!
 
What Your Day Would Look Like:

  • Test Strategist: Oversee test projects, from manual to automated testing, ensuring all testing activities are planned, executed, and reported with precision.
  • Coordinator Extraordinaire: Manage coordination between teams, handle project follow-ups, and ensure smooth communication.
  • Knowledge Sharer: Share your expertise with the team and organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Quality Guardian: Ensure that testing processes are meticulous, responsible, and uphold the highest quality standards.
  • Tech Savvy: Utilize tools like Jira or other agile tools, Zephyr/Xray for test management, and handle CI/CD processes efficiently.

To Apply, You’ll Need:

  • Experience: Several years managing test projects with both manual and automated tests, including experience with system integrations.
  • Skills: Strong planning, follow-up, and reporting skills. Ability to work with Jira, Zephyr/Xray, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
  • Certification: ISTQB certification is essential.
  • Tools: Hands-on experience with writing, maintaining, and executing test cases.
  • Language: Fluent Swedish is a must.
