Job Summary: Seeking a motivated Service Desk Support Consultant fluent in Dutch or German. Provide technical assistance and maintain high customer satisfaction in our Riga office. ????

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
  • Escalate complex issues for resolution.
  • Document interactions accurately.
  • Collaborate to prevent recurring issues.
  • Assist in testing new systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Adhere to SLAs for timely resolutions.
  • Provide occasional on-site support.
  • Attend training sessions for skill enhancement.
