Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
- Escalate complex issues for resolution.
- Document interactions accurately.
- Collaborate to prevent recurring issues.
- Assist in testing new systems.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
- Adhere to SLAs for timely resolutions.
- Provide occasional on-site support.
- Attend training sessions for skill enhancement.
