As they continue to expand their global presence, we are seeking a talented Technical Sales Engineer to join their team in Oslo and drive the adoption of their audio AI solutions in the market.

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Engineer who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our client’s audio AI solutions to businesses and organizations in Oslo and the surrounding regions. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of the products and tailor solutions to meet the needs of customers across various industries.


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for audio AI solutions in the Oslo market.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads, understanding customer requirements and pain points to position the products effectively.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our client’s audio AI solutions to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to gather customer feedback and insights, informing future product enhancements and roadmap decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers, and partners, to drive business growth and foster long-term customer loyalty.
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, addressing customer inquiries, conducting proof-of-concept trials, and ensuring successful deployment and integration of the solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in audio AI and related fields, leveraging this knowledge to position the offerings effectively in the market.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations, providing regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Additional qualifications in business or sales are a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in technical sales, preferably in the software or technology industry, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of audio technology, digital signal processing, and machine learning concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and effectively communicate value propositions to drive sales opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events (post-pandemic).
