Our client, a top consultancy in Stockholm, is on the lookout for a Test Leader with a knack for planning, coordination, and ensuring top-quality testing. If you have a passion for guiding test projects, a solid grasp of both manual and automated testing, and are fluent in Swedish, this is your chance to shine!
What Your Day Would Look Like
- Test Strategist: Oversee test projects, from manual to automated testing, ensuring all testing activities are planned, executed, and reported with precision.
- Coordinator Extraordinaire: Manage coordination between teams, handle project follow-ups, and ensure smooth communication.
- Knowledge Sharer: Share your expertise with the team and organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Quality Guardian: Ensure that testing processes are meticulous, responsible, and uphold the highest quality standards.
- Tech Savvy: Utilize tools like Jira or other agile tools, Zephyr/Xray for test management, and handle CI/CD processes efficiently.
To Apply, You’ll Need:
- Experience: Several years managing test projects with both manual and automated tests, including experience with system integrations.
- Skills: Strong planning, follow-up, and reporting skills. Ability to work with Jira, Zephyr/Xray, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
- Certification: ISTQB certification is essential.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with writing, maintaining, and executing test cases.
- Language: Fluent Swedish is a must.
